Brian Erdelyi CPD, CSRM

Director of IMReady Services

Brian joined the Keenan Loss Control Department in February of 2006. Since then, he has served as a field Consultant, a Senior Consultant, Director of Safety Technology, and most recently as Director of IMReady Services.

In his current role, Brian and his Keenan IMReady team are responsible for providing targeted security and emergency management solutions to California school districts, colleges, municipalities, hospital districts, and other public and private sector organizations.


Brian's training and experience include a Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) Professional Designation (CPD), a National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians TECC (Tactical Emergency Casualty Care) certification, and a California P.O.S.T. Basic Academy Instructor certification.  Brian is also a Certified School Risk Manager (CSRM) and an active American Society of Safety Engineers member. Brian is a subject matter expert in site security and emergency preparedness.

Before Keenan, Brian worked as a municipal Police Officer in San Diego County. During his tenure as an officer, he worked in several assignments, including uniformed patrol, plainclothes drug enforcement, targeted domestic violence response, the San Diego County Emergency Response Team, and the police cadet and explorer field training program. Brian also participated in specialized gang enforcement details and assisted the Police K-9 program with agitation and training. Brian currently works as a Reserve Police Officer in Riverside County.

Jason Vickery
Senior Advisor - IMReady

Jason Vickery joined the IMReady team in July 2024, following a distinguished 27-year career with the San Diego Sheriff’s Department. He retired at the rank of Captain, with his final assignment at the San Marcos Patrol Station, where he served as the “Chief of Police” for the City of San Marcos. Over the course of his law enforcement career, Jason held a wide range of assignments, including School Resource Officer, Violent Crimes and Sexual Assault Detective, Child Abuse Investigator, and roles within Narcotics and Gang units.

 

After retiring from the Sheriff’s Department, Jason served for three years as the Director of Safety and Security for the Temecula Valley Unified School District. In this role, he oversaw the development and implementation of the District’s Emergency Response Plan, coordinated in-service training for district security and staff, and acted as a liaison among school personnel, campus security, law enforcement, and district administration. He also directed the training and professional development of campus supervisors, ensuring they were equipped with best practices for managing disruptive behavior and maintaining safe learning environments.

 

Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Arts from the University of Phoenix. He is a certified California P.O.S.T. instructor and holds a professional designation in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED).

Eric Olson
Senior Loss Control Advisor

Eric joined the IMReady team in March of 2021. Eric is a native of Southern California. Eric served in the United States Marine Corps and supported Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Infantry Battalion. Upon completing his enlistment, he was hired by a Southern Californian law enforcement agency. During his 15 year tenure he held several positions including, Field Training Officer, SWAT operator, Firearms Instructor, Armorer, Uniformed Patrol Sergeant, SWAT Team Leader, PEER Support Team Leader, and Detective Sergeant.

 

Eric received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and  a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix. Eric’s certifications include the California P.O.S.T. Basic Academy Instructor and A.I.C.C. Instructor.

Kris Seitz

Paramedic, Loss Control Consultant

Kris joined the Keenan Loss Control Department in January of 2017. Since then, he has served as a field Consultant with multiple school Districts in Southern California.

 

In his current role, Kris works with the Keenan IMReady team to provide emergency management and emergency management preparation solutions to California school districts, colleges, municipalities, hospital districts, and other public and private sector organizations.

 

Kris is a licensed paramedic and has experience and training that includes: American Heart Association CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor, a National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians, TECC (Tactical Emergency Casualty Care) Provider. Kris is also an active member of the American Society of Safety Engineers.

 

Before Keenan, Kris worked as a Paramedic for Bowers Ambulance and American Medical Response. His work included hands on training for chemical/biological weapons, Field Training Officer, Crew Chief, Field Supervisor, Administrative Supervisor and Paramedic Coordinator. Kris also acted as a liaison to the Los Angeles County EMS Agency and Los Angeles City DOT & California Highway Patrol. He provided training to new EMT’s, Paramedics and Registered Nurses on how to meet the company standards with safety training and comprehensive field work.

 

Kris also worked for La Habra Heights Fire department as a part time Paramedic/Fire fighter.  In his youth he worked as volunteer Fire Fighter with Los Angeles County Fire Department Explorer program and an EKG/Emergency Room Technician at Antelope Valley Hospital.

Stacey Nolan
Field Project Specialist, CSRM, IMReady Services

Stacey joined the Keenan in April of 2019 as an IMReady Project Coordinator.  In July 2019, she transitioned to her current role as an IMReady Field Project Specialist, where she acts as the team's first point of contact for all IMReady clients and colleagues. In her current role, Stacey supports all aspects of daily operations, acting as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders while executing the IMReady mission statement.

 

Stacey is responsible for providing professional and timely service to California school districts, colleges, municipalities, hospital districts, and other public and private sector organizations as well to internal Keenan partners. As part of the IMReady team, she coordinates, tracks, and conducts a variety of critical IMReady services including, staff training, threat and vulnerability assessments, and emergency operations/emergency management plan development.

 

Stacey's education and experience include a bachelor's degree in Business Communication from Cal State Long Beach, Project Management Certificate from UCI, and certifications in software programs including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, InDesign, and Photoshop. Stacey is also a Certified School Risk Manager (CSRM).

 

Before Keenan, Stacey worked as a Sales Analyst for an IT Reseller for data management and security solutions. Her key role was managing marketing programs for partners and developing sales tactics based on account performance and sales reports. This position, along with her training, experience, and education, has prepared her for the role of an IMReady team member.
